Adexa Media provides marketing, communication, and automation services including campaign development and execution, SMS and email communication systems, automation and CRM integration, branding and digital strategy, and white-labeled marketing fulfillment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including A2P messaging requirements, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
SMS and Messaging Terms
Business Use of Messaging
If you use our services to send SMS or other communications, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients and maintaining compliance with all regulations. All opt-in data must be verifiable. You must include clear opt-out instructions such as “Reply STOP to unsubscribe” and proper disclosures regarding message frequency and data rates.
End User SMS Communications
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through a form, scheduling tool, or other explicit opt-in method where consent is clearly requested.
By providing your phone number and giving consent, you agree to receive service-related messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and responses to inquiries.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the business directly.
Adexa Media and the businesses we support do not send unsolicited messages and do not use purchased, rented, or third-party contact lists.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, obtain proper consent, and use the services lawfully.
Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in your agreement or invoice. Services may be suspended for nonpayment.
Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of Adexa Media until paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided as is. Adexa Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting.
